Shipping Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email with updates.
Domestic Shipping:
- Free Standard Shipping: Delivery within 6-10 business days after processing.
- Premium Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days after processing.
- Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method you choose.
International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping rates will vary based on the destination. Shipping options and estimated times will be displayed during checkout.
- TrippEasy is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Address Changes:
- If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at trippeasyspain@gmail.com. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to accommodate address changes.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- TrippEasy is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at trippeasyspain@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will evaluate the situation and assist you with a replacement or refund, if applicable.
Shipping Restrictions:
- At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some products may have shipping restrictions based on the destination due to local regulations or laws.
